hmm.. for the past 2 days, including today,

N waited for me at bus stop and we

walked to school together.. okay,

he's super quiet! :(

poor thing, had always been the one waiting for me.

except on thursday! i waited for him till 5plus lo!

see, i'm nice~ :D

my NAPFA ended super early so i ended up walking around,

watching the sec 3s do. heehees. was with Jeff and Kah keng

most of the time. stupid Kah keng, win me in every thing!!

my NAPFA results:

2.4: 13.36mins

Sit Ups- 45

Inclined pull-up-17 (and i didn't know 18 then A. -.-)

Sit and reach- 40cm(i suck!)

Standing board jump- 175

shuttle run- 11.4s(i suck!)

took 187 together with N after he was dismissed :)

training is still fine today..

just that i totally lose my cool towards kaishen.

i was totally pissed off and fed up.

yea, i pushed him, so?

training is over, and i'm doing all this AFTER training lo

it's obvious that he's still very unhappy about it.

oh well, that's his problem.

time to do some reflection, young man.

okays, i'm starting to think that training arent that fun anymore?

went BBT shop with Umar, Covent, Seihao, Hisham.

met up with Mario.. went Er gu house and cab home

after that..

hoho, going out with Er gu and cousins tomorrow!
