I'm really tired of all these.

a 3 hour training made me felt that it lasted the whole day.

screwed up training today..

did so much.. yet all i've got back was disappointments .

seriously, this suck.

i've done so much.. always putting them in first place,

yet they think that i'm not good enough,

not approachable, no authority..

i dont like this at all.

take the jersey for example..

i alone have to collect money, get numbers and check out

the design, have to make sure numbers are

not repeated. the only thing i forgot was the size they want.

and some of than started complaining that it was tight

and stuff like this. do they have any idea how much effort

i've put in for them and how much study time i've lost?

even if i really done a bad job, can't they at least appreciate it??

they have no idea how much it hurts when those nasty comments

come out of their mouth and they still think they're

right about it..

i've never complained so much ever before, but today's

training made me lose my cool. no longer able to

just keep quiet..

i really wanted to be their friend instead of their leader,

but.. they're pushing their luck too far.

stand in my shoes and think real hard about it.

do you think it's an easier job?

if you tell me you can do a better job than me,

i'll give you a chance and prove it to me..

in short, today's training suck.
